Class Terms & Conditions

General Information

  • Payment is required at time of booking via Credit Card (Stripe) or class pass.

  • When booking, please allow 30 minutes minimum prior to class start time.

  • Registration form must be completed prior to booking and attending a class.

  • Students are fully responsible for updating/informing the Teacher of any changes regarding health, injury, trauma or areas of concern before class.

Cancelation Policy

  • 10 hour notice is required for cancelation of a booking (or subject to owners discretion). If less notice is given and your place is rebooked you will be offered a credit or refund via same method from booking e.g. class pass or credit card (as of 22/1/24).

  • Please note payments made for classes that are not attended does not constitute a refund.


Class Passes 

  • Introductory 2 Class Passes (2 x 60/70) are for clients who are new to our Home-based Studio and can only be purchased once.

  • Class Passes are for personal use and not transferable to family members or friends

  • Introductory Class Passes are valid for 6 months from purchase. (as of 1/11/21)

  • 5 & 10 Class Passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. (as of 1/11/21) 

  • Refunds are not offered for partly used passes, so please consider your purchase carefully


Block Booked Classes or Term Bookings

  • Payment is for full booking period and not per class. 

  • If classes are not attended this does not constitute a refund. Your commitment in term booking is to attend all classes.


One-to-One Private Tuition

  • Bookings are taken directly with Julie.

  • Payment is due on day of class.

  • Cancelations-please allow a minimum of 10 hours notice, otherwise a fee of 50% may be charged.

        T's & C's may be updated without notice.
